The staff and students took some time to observe International Women’s Day (March 8, 2017) under the theme “Be Bold for Change”. Students were informed of the importance of the role of women to Saint Lucia and the world by extension. They were all invited to enjoy the information-display to learn about about the “First Ladies of Our Country”.
The school was also graced by a female visitor, Ms. Akiko Fukuhara – a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer. Further testimony to the caring and giving nature of women!
